Pálinka is a traditional fruit brandy in Central Europe with origins from the Carpathian Basin, known under several names, and invented in the Middle Ages. Protected as a geographical indication of the European Union, only fruit spirits mashed, distilled, matured and bottled, from four provinces of Hungary can be called "pálinka".

Distilleries Notes: There are seven types of Palinka with Honey. They are made from real palinka. Those who believe that Palinkas with honey have a lower quality of distillate, the bad taste, which can be repressed with a little sweetener, will be surprised. Namely, Panyolai Mézesek is the results of blending the best ingredients. The basis: perfect, premium quality palinka and bio acacia honey from the vicinity, which is sometimes spiced up with elderflower, ginger and cinnamon.
